Hello Waterlings!

Welcome to our story. It began on Sydney’s beaches where our founder, Sasha Hanic, grew up, embracing the coastal lifestyle from being a competitive swimmer and Bondi Icebergs lifeguard to a swim teacher of 25 years and owner of In The Deep swim school.

Water is our lifeblood. We know it awakens bodies, enlivens minds and connects us to inner joy. But only if we’re comfortable. Frustrated by swim products that were only fashionable or functional, we asked: Why can’t they be both? And Waterlings was born. With expert swim knowledge and our deep well of love for the water, we make beautiful expressive products that are actually designed for chlorine, sun, salt and real-life bodies.

We’ve started with reusable swim nappies that make you smile and hold up under life’s little tests – from salty swims and playing in the sand to accidents and washing machines. We’ll keep creating consciously, bringing you thoughtful swimwear that empowers feel-good experiences and leaves you excited for the next swim. Because we’re here for those who live in the water.
