Standard Shipping. $5.95 flat rate

  • Order by 1pm for same-day dispatch
  • Orders after 1pm ship next business day
  • Free tracking included with every order
Express Shipping: $18.00 flat rate
  • Faster delivery when you need it most
  • Australia Post express rates apply

We don't dispatch on weekends, but your order will be sent first thing Monday morning.

International Shipping

We love sending Waterlings around the world!

Currently shipping to:

  • United States: $10 USD
  • Canada: $10 USD
  • United Kingdom: £8
  • Ireland: £8

Delivery times: 7-14 business days (may vary).
Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing & Tracking

Processing Times:

  • Orders typically processed within 1-2 business days
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once dispatched
  • Tracking may take 24-48 hours to become active

Every order includes free tracking via email. You can also check your order status anytime in your account.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address! We can't be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses, and international reshipping costs apply.

Returns:

International returns are accepted for faulty items only (must be reported within 48 hours with photos). Return shipping costs are customer responsibility unless item is faulty.

While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, sometimes external factors (weather, postal delays, customs) can affect timing. We'll always do our best to help resolve any issues.

Lost or damaged packages:

Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll work with carriers to resolve the issue.
