At Waterlings, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below for important details on how we handle shipping, delivery times, and costs, including international orders.

- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

- Our shipping fees are calculated based on the method you choose, the weight and dimensions of the products included in your order and your location, among other factors.
- Shipping rates are subject to change, and estimated delivery times depend on the shipping provider.
- Waterlings is not liable for shipping errors or delays by the shipping provider.
International:
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, postal service issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We use Australia Post for local deliveries and DHL for international shipments.
- Shipping rates are subject to change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waterlings is not liable for shipping errors, courier delays, or customs processing times.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Use this link to get the most up-to-date information on your delivery status.
- Please be aware that it may take some days for tracking information to become available after we ship your order.
- However, if you do not receive your tracking number within 2 business days, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. Such charges are generally due once the shipped orders arrive at the country of destination.
- You, the customer, are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees.
- Waterlings is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs clearance.
- Please check with your local customs office for information on import regulations and potential charges. You are responsible for obtaining information and abiding by any specific laws, regulations and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.
- If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned, you will be refunded the cost of the goods minus the original shipping costs and the cost of the return postage. If the return postage exceeds the value of the goods, no refund will be issued.
- Orders delayed due to customs processing are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
5. Delays and Issues
- While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, external factors such as weather, postal delays, courier issues, or customs processing may affect delivery times.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waterlings is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any customs processes.
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
6. Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Waterlings is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you realize you’ve made an error with your shipping address, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before the order is dispatched.
- If your international order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Waterlings is not liable for lost packages once they have been handed over to the shipping provider.
- If you would like to add shipping insurance, please contact us before completing your purchase.
- For lost or missing packages, we will work with the carrier to locate your items or arrange a replacement where possible and at our reasonable discretion.
8. Third Party Carrier
- As Waterlings engages the services of third party couriers and carriers (Third Party Carriers), you acknowledge that Third Party Carrier terms will apply to the delivery of the order to you.
- You may be required to file any claims with the Third Party Carrier for lost, stolen, or delayed items before contacting us to troubleshoot the issue. Waterlings is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via Third Party Carriers or incorrect shipping information.
9. Returns and Exchanges (International Orders)
- Due to the nature of our products and international shipping complexities, returns and
exchanges for international orders may be limited. - Please contact our customer service team at hello@waterlings.com before initiating any return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis for faulty items only. Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. Faulty claims related to sizing, style, or personal preference will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, less any applicable shipping costs and customs fees.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Waterlings does not accept unauthorized chargebacks for valid transactions.
- Unauthorized chargebacks for valid transactions will be disputed, and
customers who initiate unwarranted disputes may be subject to penalties, including but not limited to, restrictions from future purchases, the imposition of chargeback fees or legal action if necessary to recover the disputed funds.
