Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include photos or videos of the damaged product when reporting any damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Domestic Customers:
We accept exchange requests for sizing issues but not for changes of mind about designs. Exchanges are not accepted for sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping cost of the exchanged item will be for the account of the customer.
We recommend that you contact us before placing your order so that we can help you determine the right size for your little one to avoid needing to exchange items.
International Customers:
We cannot honor exchange requests from our International Customers in the meantime due to logistics constraints. However, for sizing issues, please email us at hello@waterlings.com and we'll evaluate arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return with our approval decision. If approved, we'll automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit worth 115% of your invoiced amount to use on your next order.
